How much do I charge?

I want to make executive coaching affordable for those who are committed to their personal development.

If you're funding yourself, a typical contract would be £600 for 4 sessions.  I charge for minimal travel expenses but if we use Skype/Zoom for some or all of these sessions, then clearly these are free of expenses!

If we decide that using a psychometric  test would be useful, I will charge these at cost.

My day rate for leadership team coaching is £1500 per day.  There may be additional development costs by negotiation

Run a workshop for your operations team.  All materials included for £2000 for a day workshop.  Venue is chargeable to the client.

A typical assignment might be 6 days working with a small team on a service management project.  Cost to you would be £4500 + expenses.  This includes a free scoping day.

Run a day's masterclass for key stakeholders for your change projects.  Cost including all materials: £2000
