Typically four to six sessions of executive coaching.  I like to have a contracting session to agree scope and fees.  I can tailor the approach to provide affordable coaching for clients not paid for by their organisation.

I can work with your team around a specific challenge or to help you better understand the dynamics between individuals.  I typically use MBTI and FIRO-B to gain understanding of the team's strengths and blind spots

I have over 40 years experience in working with operations directors and managers. I can design and deliver a workshop for your ops team to identify effective approaches to operations effectiveness.  Typical topics are operations strategy, resource management, managing the process/people relationship, performance measurement, and value network design

I deliver workshops for teams or organisations on all aspects of change including building the vision, communication, the need for resilience, culture change, understanding resistance, and the role of (good) political behaviour.  My favourite masterclass is "Leading Change in the Organisation, Managing the Change in Me".
